Welcome to Summer Learning 2025!

Summer Learning is a self-directed and self-paced program for kids & teens ages birth to 17. 

 

 

The library will have fun activities all summer long for kids & teens.

Programs & Events!

Summer Storytime Outsider Mondays & Fridays in June, No Storytime 6/2, 6/23, 6/30
Family Movie Wednesday June 25 1 PM. Join us as a family to watch a movie. Movies will be family friendly cartoons. FREE, No registration required
Chalk the Walk: Color Our World Mon. 6/2, Sat. 6/7, Sat. 6/21, Mon. 6/30 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Lego Club July 2nd & 18th @ 3:30 PM Ages 4+
Chalk the Walk Color our World Thurs. 7/3, Sat. 7/12 Sat. 7/26 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM Help us decorate the sidewalk in front of the library with kind words & images!

Children's Yoga Outside Wednesdays July 9, 16, 23. Aug. 13, 20, 27. In community Room during poor weather.11 AM Ages 2-6, 11:30 AM Ages 7-12. **Registration required for each Class: Limited Spots. Mlanjeni Magical Theater Thurs. July 10 11 AM Expect unusual fun as Mlanjeni Magical Theater offers a form of east African theater which we call "Muungamano". It is one of Africa's interdisciplinary art-forms utilizing acting along with puppets, magical illusions, folk music & dance in traditional storytelling
