Trouble with Email Notifications
Patrons have trouble receiving email notifications from time to time. When this happens, first check their email address in the system and ask them to confirm its accuracy. (Check for errors such as gmail.net instead of gmail.com, etc.). If you are sure that the email address is correctly entered into the system, tell them to add our email address to their address book (email@example.com). If that doesn’t work, patron should be advised that they may need to contact their provider to have our domain (@delcolibraries.org) added.
